There was a particularlly nasty bug reported, where in certain cases (generally after applying a template selection from either the Profiler or Perfmon Pane) that the resulting XML document was mal-formed.

This has been corrected in this release. Additionally, since the new approach is a true match / merge I display a progress bar during the process of applying the template to the tree.
